The Strider Adventure-Cross 2023 is an exciting event in Bentonville, AR that is perfect for little riders with boundless energy. This unique race is designed for 4-6 year olds who are ready to run, stride, and pedal their way to victory. The course is filled with a variety of obstacles, including tires, the Noodle Monster, the Dragon's Back, a Tunnel, and the Mount Scary Ramp. It's a test of endurance and skill that will challenge even the most adventurous toddlers. The race is broken up into four stages, with one stage requiring a pit stop for the parent or guardian to attach the pedal kit to the racer's bike. This allows the racer to pedal power through the finish line. The Adventure-Cross race is a Strider take on a Cyclocross race, with a few fun twists. It's a race of endurance over a longer period of time, similar to a Cyclocross race. The course is expected to take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Registration is required for this race, and it's important to note that Strider 12 bikes are not allowed. The race will take place on September 23rd at Bentonville City Square. Packet pickup and tech inspection will be available on Friday and Saturday before the race. This 15-mile group ride is the perfect opportunity for those interested in trying a gravel ride but unsure where to start. The ride is fully supported, with a support vehicle following the group throughout the ride, stocked with food and water. It's a no drop ride, meaning that no rider will be left behind due to their speed or mechanical issues. To participate, bring a gravel, mountain, or cyclocross bike with tires that are at least 32mm wide. Don't forget to pack hydration, snacks, and a flat repair kit if you have one. Britta leads a challenging, yet forgiving, yoga session and will never ask you to more than you are able--while there are goats trying to get your attention Britta Lanae is a teacher of Vinyasa Yoga and a lover of expression through movement. Her style is upbeat and fun with a down to earth feel. She is well rounded in training of yoga, acroyoga, sports movement, dance, and meditation. Expect to find a centered yet free approach to your yoga practice through her classes. The message behind every class is, "You are Loved; All is Well." ... And, if you stop to pet a goat, she won't mind! The Goat Yoga session will be about 1.5 hours long and will start with: 20 minutes of Goat Time, then about a 50 minute Yoga Session (with the Goats interrupting, because they get bored), and then 20 minutes more of Goodbye Goat Time!
