Routes will be shared via email prior to the event, so please check your junk folder. Although the run is mainly off-road, meeting locations have been chosen to facilitate public transport access. The X6 bus from Ulverston & Kendal arrives in time for the start. All levels of runners are welcome, and regular stops will be made to regroup. It is advisable to bring a head torch, trail shoes, and waterproofs.
