The 2024 ADAPT Level 1 Coach Certification will be held in Mexico City at Bosque de Chapultepec from May 2nd to May 4th. This certification course is designed for parkour enthusiasts looking to become certified instructors. The 3-day program covers a range of topics including the history and principles of parkour, functional strength and conditioning, coaching skills, group management, and health and safety. Participants will undergo a written exam and practical assessment to complete the course. To pass the certification, candidates must also complete a minimum of 10 supervised coaching sessions with a Level 2 or Level 3 instructor within one year of the course. The certification is internationally recognized and offers benefits such as an extensive network of peers, insurance coverage, and support from parkour organizations. The ticket price ranges from $225 to $400, with early-bird discounts available. Accommodations and meals are not included in the price and must be arranged separately. I have visited the National Museum of Anthropology in CDMX 3 times and each time I learn something new. There are of course the must-sees like the Sun Stone but the collections of art, artifacts, maps and more is truly amazing. 10/10 You should visit on next trip to Mexico City!

Frida Kahlo Museum

The colorful and beautiful house is full of history of two of Mexico&#39;s best artists: Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. You can see many paintings and objects from both artists and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of their large courtyard. You have to pay extra to take pictures and for the audio tour in a different language, but it&#39;s worth it!

The Great Temple is located next to the central square. It is a super convenient attraction. The original temple has been destroyed by Spanish colonists. Only the tower base and stone steps remain, but the architecture of that time is still amazing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Chapultepec Castle

The castle is an amazing place to remember some history from the time when Maximiliano de Hasburgo and his wife arrived to mexico to the actual moment. Also all the Mexican context and the nationalism that in primary we get as Mexican. is beautiful to remember. I saw that the Folklore Ballet of Amalia Hernandez have some performances there, I love that company. it&rsquo;s a pitty that next day I had to go from CDMX and we already have plan for that evening. if you have time get the tickets ☺️

Mexico City&#39;s Constitution Square is the center of the city, and the very quaint buildings around the square are the location of the president&#39;s office. Just register and you can also visit the building. There is also a magnificent church, the interior decoration is amazing.
