Join us Monday evening for a welcome reception at the Regency O'Fallon, conveniently located between the two main conference hotels. Food and drinks will be provided.

Evening

Each year our Educational Partners sponsor an educators appreciation event. This year's event will be in St. Louis at the Anheuser Busch factory and Biergarten. Enjoy dinner, a factory tour, and a visit from a member of the famous Budweiser Clydesdale's team!
Guests are welcome, but educators must register adult guest by choosing the ticket for this event on Eventbrite. One adult guest per educator. Edcuators do not need to register themselves for Anheuser Busch event. We assume you are coming, please only register your guest using their name and email. Minor children are welcome (no registration necessary)
Wednesday 7/23
Conference Day:
Partner workshops, peer groups, demos, educator led breakouts
Evening:
Free night to explore St. Louis, or other local tourist destinations on your own or with fellow educators.
Thursday 7/24
Conference Day :
Peer Groups, 2026 HTEC Council election results and business meeting, wrap up, door prize raffle!
Evening :
Optional outing St. Louis Cardinals vs. San Diego Padres home game ( on your own dime)

Please be sure to edit reservation dates to be sure they reflect the dates of your stay prior to making reservation. We have room block rates Sunday 7/20 - Friday 7/25.
