Welcome to the 2025 Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and Auxiliary State Convention!
Join us for a week filled with camaraderie, workshops, and celebrations.
The event will be held at the Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino on Thursday, June 5, 2025, with our
 Joint Opening Ceremony at 9:00 AM
. Connect with fellow veterans and auxiliary members, attend informative sessions, and enjoy the picturesque surroundings of Lake Tahoe.
This is an opportunity to come together and honor our veterans.
All payments for credit cards and checks will be processed through the 2025 Nevada State Convention Registration website. This will assist the convention organizers with specific registration requirements.
All rates quoted do not include applicable state and local taxes and are subject to change as dictated by the Nevada Tax Commission, Douglas County and the City of Stateline, NV. Currently the group rate is subject to 14% occupancy tax and a $5 county surcharge per room, per night.
Check-In time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.

To ensure your reservation is completed correctly use the call number below or the weblink listed
on the VFW Department of Nevada website: www.vfwnv.com to reserve your rooms. 
We cannot
 guarantee any reservation not using the methods listed.

For those guests calling directly, the room block will be reserved until the cut-off date, May 7,
2025. Guests may call our Reservations Department directly at
 844-588-7625
 or go online to book 
utilizing the Group Block Code, In order to obtain your group rate, guests need to identify
themselves as being with VFW Department of Nevada State Convention.

If you would like to request an upgrade to your room type or add additional nights, please call 844-588-
7625 as they will not be able to do this online.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Resort Fee $18 per room, per night (Regular $25 - plus applicable taxes). Resort Fee includes pool access during staffed hours (seasonal), 24-hour fitness center access, Wi-Fi access in public areas and guest rooms.
Luggage Handling – Room Delivery $7.00 per guest room.
Parking Reduced Parking Fee $8 (Regular $20-$45) Self-Parking Only.
Hotel Shuttle information from the Reno/Tahoe Airport
The Hotel does not provide a Shuttle Service. We recommend that guests utilize the South Tahoe Airporter for convenient and cost-effective Airport Transportation
