Join internationally renowned Fetch Theatre as they lead you into the wonderful world of Polina Rayko's art and imagination. Polina picked up a paintbrush for the first time aged 69 and painted the interior of her house with stunning folk imagery.
This family performance and workshop celebrates her amazing creativity and involves young people in the final scene of the show. The Healing House features incredible shadow puppetry, bunraku puppetry and live music played on the Bandura, a traditional Ukrainian folk instrument.
The performance is suitable for integrated audiences of Ukrainian guests and non-Ukrainians. There is a workshop before the performance and the whole project is presented bilingually in English and Ukrainian.
This performance is supported by the 'Support for Ukraine Community Integration Grant Scheme' via Herefordshire Council.
