It is essential for riders to attend all four sessions. Participants are required to have a pedal bike in good working condition and wear appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor activities. This 4-session course focuses on developing fundamental movement patterns, dynamic balance, and gross motor skills in a fun and engaging manner. The main goal is to boost the child's confidence in gliding on a balance bike without touching the ground. Participants will learn essential skills like mounting, dismounting, maneuvering, controlling, and stopping the bike. Scheduled on consecutive Saturdays (15th, 22nd, 29th June, 6th July) from 9.30 to 10.15 am, at the outdoor playground of Cringleford CE VA Primary School in Norwich. Children can bring their own balance bike and helmet if they have one; otherwise, equipment can be borrowed. Proper attire, including long-sleeved tops, trousers, or leggings, and trainers, is recommended for all outdoor sessions. Helmets are mandatory and will be provided if needed. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the course starts, or the booking can be transferred to a future session. In case of cancellations due to weather conditions, makeup sessions will be arranged by Little Riders.
