The event will take place at Chicken N Pickle in San Antonio, located at 5215 UTSA Boulevard. The tournament will begin at 2pm and continue until 5:00pm. Before the tournament, there will be a check-in period from 1pm to 2pm. Participants of all skill levels are welcome to join in the fun and compete for a chance to win cash prizes. The first-place team will receive $100, while the second-place team will receive $50.

In addition to the tournament, there will be appetizers, drinks, and yard games available during downtime. It's a great opportunity to socialize and have a fun-filled day while supporting a great cause. To participate in the tournament, there are different ticket options available. The "Bread & Butter Pickles" ticket includes tournament play for a team of two, along with a drink ticket. The "Spicy Pickle" ticket is for individuals who will be paired with a partner for tournament play, also including a drink ticket. The "Sweet Pickles" ticket is for individuals who want to attend the event but won't be participating in the tournament, and it includes a drink ticket.

For those who are unable to attend the event but still want to contribute, there is a donation option available. Any amount, from $100 to $3,000, can be donated to support the cause.
