These are coached Club sessions - suitable for beginners up to world champions. To join our Club sessions, you need to be able to confidently swim 2 lengths of a pool (on the surface). If you are interested in coming along to try out, please book a Tryout ticket. You must complete the following 2 forms BEFORE ATTENDING THE SESSION: Come & Try Medical Statement NoTanx Liability Release & Assumption of Risk Please email us if you need to borrow fins and/or a mask. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS CURRENTLY A WAITING LIST FOR MEMBERSHIP AFTER ATTENDING 2 TRYOUT SESSIONS We meet around 8.30pm outside the pool either on the edge of the car park or just by the entrance under the canopy in case of rain for a dry session/breath holding exercises, followed by the pool session. For more information please message us on Info@NoTanx.com. We break Freediving into 10 aspects that can be trained separately, and have 42 exercises that train all 10 aspects. Most sessions are Yin (soft internal) working on soft techniques, awareness and efficiency. Other sessions are Yang sessions (hard external) working on monofin technique and flexibility.

Please note only children and young people with a SEND diagnosis can attend a session with their parents/carers and siblings.
