The 5 Day Handstand Practice Intensive (All levels) is an opportunity for individuals who want to take their handstand practice to the next level. Consistency is key when it comes to improving handstands, and this intensive aims to break down the barriers that often hinder progress. Whether you are new to handstands or already proficient in holding a clean free balancing handstand, this intensive is suitable for all levels. The practice sessions will be held in small groups, ensuring individual attention from the instructor. Participants can expect a range of activities including wall work, partner work, free balancing work, as well as strength and conditioning exercises for handstands. Flexibility training will also be incorporated. There are no prerequisites to join, and the instructor will adapt the practice to meet each participant's individual needs. The intensive will take place from 7AM to 8:30AM, starting on Monday, December 18 and ending on Friday, December 22. The cost for all 5 sessions is $150 +Tax. Single day sessions are not available for this offering. Participants can make payment via e-transfer, cash, or credit card.
