The 2023 New Belgium Half Marathon & 5k Fun Run is a highly anticipated event taking place in Fort Collins on October 1, 2023. Hosted by the renowned New Belgium Brewing Company, this event promises a memorable experience for participants. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun challenge, this half marathon and 5k race offer something for everyone. The course starts and ends at the beautiful New Belgium Brewing Co. in Fort Collins, Colorado, providing a stunning backdrop for the race. Participants will have the opportunity to run along the scenic Poudre Trail, with breathtaking views of the Poudre River. If a 5k run is more your speed, there is a fun run option available as well. The half marathon will have start times at 7:30 and 7:45 am, while the 5k will have start times at 9:00, 9:15, and 9:30 am. Participants can pick up their race packets on Saturday, September 30th, or on race day starting at 6:30 am. Aid stations will be available every 2-2.5 miles, and toilets will be accessible throughout the course. All participants will receive a short-sleeve unisex tech shirt for the half marathon and a regular unisex t-shirt for the 5k if they sign up by September 11th. There will also be free New Belgium Brewing beer waiting for all runners over the age of 21 at the finish line. Finisher's medals will be awarded to all participants, but availability is not guaranteed for late registrants.
