About “America Divided: A House Divided”: Norman Lear, six time Emmy Award winner, member of the Television Academy Hall of Fame, and the creator of “All in the Family,” “Good Times” and “The Jeffersons” speaks with tenants, realtors, landlords and city officials. Lear investigates the Big Apple’s affordability crisis, hedge fund speculation on residential housing, and goes undercover as a Fair Housing tester to unpack the legacy of housing discrimination that still persists today.
