This event is a part of Mission48, a series of 48 fitness competitions taking place in 48 states in just 48 days. The focus of Mission48 is to empower girls and women to step out of their comfort zones and build true self-confidence.
The Olympic Lifting event will include the Snatch and Clean & Jerk exercises, with participants having three attempts to max out in each. There are scalable options available for those who are new to these lifts or prefer to use dumbbells.
