Experience a celebration of queer romance at the Read the Rainbow Signing event in Havre de Grace. With a lineup of over 60 talented authors, this gathering is a unique opportunity for the LGBTQ+ community to connect and engage. The event will take place at the picturesque Havre De Grace Community Center, located at 100 Lagaret Lane, on April 26, 2025. Featuring a diverse range of queer romance novels, attendees are sure to find something that resonates with them.
From 11 AM to 4 PM, VIP ticket holders can enjoy exclusive access to the authors, while regular ticket holders can join from 12 PM to 4 PM. Please note that tickets are sold out, and profits will benefit various local LGBTQ organizations, including UCBPride. If you are unable to attend, feel free to pass your ticket along to another reader.
Authors such as Beck Grey, Beth Bolden, Layla Reyne, and many more will be present to meet fans and share their literary works. Don't miss this incredible opportunity to celebrate diversity and inclusivity in literature at the Read the Rainbow Signing event.

Based on a Book by John D’Agata and Jim Fingal Jim Fingal is a fresh-out-of-Harvard fact checker for a prominent but sinking New York magazine. John D’Agata is a talented writer with a transcendent essay about the suicide of a teenage boy—an essay that could save the magazine from collapse. When Jim is assigned to fact check D’Agata’s essay, the two come head to head in a comedic yet gripping battle over facts versus truth.

Enjoy a delicious lunch with Harriet “Moses” Tubman as she relives her courageous life as an abolitionist and social activist.
Born a slave in 1822, she escaped and rescued many other slaves using the Underground Railroad.
Ms. Ilene Evans, Artistic Director of Voices of the Earth, Inc portrays Ms. Tubman as she reenacts these events that influenced our history. Her realistic character brings to life the courage and resilience of this historic and remarkable woman.
Lunch and tea are provided by the Vandiver Inn and will include chicken, orzo and spinach soup, delicious sandwiches, assorted scones with clotted cream and lemon curd, dessert and tea or coffee.
