Global Soul Showcase
Performing with a full live band..
Nyah Grace
It is five years since the Manchester via Oregon soul singer made her the ballad-heavy debut. She patented a bespoke brand of smoky, sassy confessional R&B that’s entirely her own.
Raised in a small farm town in Oregon, Nyah was a “big Disney Channel kid” who set her heart on a singing career aged six.
Nyah moved permanently to the UK in 2018, finishing her formal schooling and completing her debut at the same time. In 2020 Honey-Coloured peaked with whip-smart Corinne Bailey Rae duet ‘My Sista Told Me’ and racked up over 12-million streams. Last year’s single ‘More’, was the first hint of her current direction, gaining support from Radio 1, Radio 2, BBC Introducing, Global Soul, Mi-Soul, Jazz FM, Smooth FM and many more.
Her recent single 'Only Mine' has proved very popular with more music to come her next single 'Down' is released on 14th May.
Sweet Sticky Jam
Having first performed for Global Soul at Koko they subsequently sold out their first two events this year at Jago & The Lower Third. So we are delighted they will be joining us at the Jazz Cafe for a very special finale!
A collective of multi-talented artists, musicians, vocalists, producers, film-makers, dancers and performers with a shared vision to unite in a time of ever-increasing division — to come together, create and uplift.
The Sweet Sticky Jam Collective will pack out the stage with 10 singers -
Expect liveness, dance and spontaneity. They’ll raise the roof!
Sweet Sticky Jam is a movement. Always in creation. Always expanding.
Their music is an eclectic mix of original anthems, influenced by hip-hop, funk, blues, RnB, gospel, house, reggae and jazz. It’s music from the soul which poured out in jam sessions. It’s sweet, sticky and uniquely theirs.

Kymara's raw, soulful voice carries deep emotion with every note. Whether singing a heart-wrenching melody or delivering a smooth, groove-driven tune, her voice is a force —rich, textured, and filled with a rare authenticity that immediately draws listeners in. Her music is a journey through love, self-discovery, and real life exploring the highs and lows with honesty and depth.
Kymara
Born in the Netherlands and now based in the UK, Kymara blends the storytelling of Nina Simone, the fiery spirit of Janis Joplin, and the deep grooved of D’Angelo. Raised in a home filled with music — her parents’ love for Prince and Marvin Gaye shaping her early influences — she developed a profound connection to sound and expression.
Attending concerts with her mother, from D’Angelo to Allen Stone and Leon Bridges, solidified her passion for live performance, where emotions can truly be felt.
Since moving to the UK in 2016, Kymara has crafted a sound that fuses soul, funk and hip-hop, genres whose roots in jazz and soul offer a timeless quest for freedom. Though she began writing her own songs later in life, this quickly became the foundation of her artistic identity. Her lyrics are raw and real “I write about what i know, what i feel, what I see around me” she shares. Her songs paint vivid pictures of love, struggle and resilience — universal emotions that resonate deeply with audiences.
Her journey has already seen major milestones, including performing at North Sea Jazz Festival, selling out multiple shows in Brighton, and supporting Rag’n'Bone man on his UK tour. On stage she is electric, thriving in the connection between musicians. “For me it’s really about the musicians and the band, and making music together. The magic
happens when musicians truly feel each other, when they bring the music to life in the moment,” she says.
For Kymara, music is more than a career; it's her way of connecting with people, of making them feel seen and understood. Whether performing in an intimate venue or commanding a festival stage, she gives everything, leaving audiences with more than just melodies - they walk away with an experience. And as she steps onto each new stage, one thing is clear: this is only the beginning.
ROZSA
ROZSA is a genre-blurring artist weaving hypnotic hip-hop, alt-pop, and trip-hop with a
signature twist: live electric harp. Lyrically dancing between desire, femininity, and personal transformation, her sound is dark, ethereal, and defiantly original.
Her emotionally raw 2023 EP Songs For Myself gained national attention, landing on Spotify’s New Music Friday and Fresh Finds playlists, and earning airplay across BBC Music Introducing, 6 Music, Jazz FM, Global Soul Radio and more.
On stage, ROZSA has captivated audiences with sold-out performances supporting Okvsho at The Jazz Cafe, a sold out headline at The Forge, The Lower Third, a sold out headline show at Powerhaus (Dingwalls), and standout sets at the Royal Albert Hall’s Exhibition Road Festival.
She’s booked for Glastonbury Festival 2025 (three performances), Ealing Jazz Festival, Amsterdam’s Landjuweel Festival, and Germany’s Tapefabrik Festival.
With a bold, boundary-pushing sound and a fast-growing cult following, ROZSA is establishing herself as a visionary in a space all her own — a dark fairy with a harp, casting spells in 808s and distortion.
IZO
