DATES ARE SET so mark your calendar…England Beach Soccer will once again bring you the very best in Youth Beach Soccer Championships at the home of beach soccer Appely Beach on the Isle of Wight fulled by Dominos and built by Networld Sports. Teams affiliated during season 2024/25 qualify for the stated team entry age categories. T&C’s IMPORTANT: ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL/TRANSPORT If you book accommodation, transport and or travel tickets for your whole party, including players, families, coaches, and supporters at no time are England Beach Soccer and or our network of event partners and providers at any time responsible for these accommodation and or travel costs in the event of event cancelation or reschedule. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULES In the event of being unable attend our events with less than 7 days’ notice entry fees will be non-refundable. 70 days or more notice – Full refund 8 day to 69 days – 50% refund 7 days or less – no refund In the event our events are cancelled due to extreme weather conditions out of our control we will look to reschedule the events and entry fees will be non-refundable as alternative event dates will be offered. SAFEGUARDING & WELFARE All teams entering our event must have a nominated safeguarding representative, first aider with appropriate first aid kit and will be responsible for all minor first aid, in the event of an emergency the event provider will assist with emergency procedure in place. All coaches must be DBS checked and in dates, team who failed to do so will be eliminated from the event and fees will be non-refundable. A child in the age groups Under 7 to Under 18 inclusive may play in a match involving boys and girls. All teams and individual must complete a team and or individual persons wavier form before participating/competing. CHILD PROTECTION Our events support the Football Association’s Child Protection Policy. For a copy of the ‘Child Protection and Practice Handbook’ call the FA/NSPCC Child Protection Hotline on 0808 800 5000. All our tournament organisers and partners are DBS checked. BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT WHILE ON TOUR It is a condition of participation in our events hosted by England Beach Soccer and that you agree to accept the authority and decisions of the event organisers in attendance at the festival. It is the responsibility of the Group/Teams Leaders and adults in the party to ensure the behaviour of all members of your party is always acceptable at our events. In extreme cases of unacceptable behaviour, the events management team reserve the right to terminate your entry whereby part or all of a team may be required to leave the premises without refund. Clubs will be charged for any damages caused by members of their party. Misconduct while at the festival itself, may also be reported to the appropriate Area or National Governing body, for further disciplinary action to be taken as deemed appropriate. INSURANCE Wight Wave are covered for ‘Public Liability’ insurance. However, this does not cover individual teams or ‘person to person’ public liability, personal accident or injury whilst attending our events and or weekly clubs/sessions. We strongly recommend that all participating teams, if they are not already covered, take out insurance cover for these risks. We also strongly recommend all members of your party take out appropriate travel and importantly medical insurance if competing. FORCE MAJEUR We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense arising from a change or cancellation to your tour which occurs due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control and that of our partners. Such events would include, for example, war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, pandemics, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, fire or adverse weather conditions, natural or nuclear disaster, decisions of Football Associations, Governing Bodies and or similar events beyond our control. ENGLAND BEACH SOCCER ASSOCIATION LTD & PARTNERS CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR: The conduct, behaviour and actions of other teams attending EBSA events. The decision of teams and players not to fulfil a scheduled fixture at the festival. Loss of property and damage to property/vehicles at our event, session and or festival pitch venues.
