"Leadercore exceeded my expectations, and my expectations were high. I have already raved to multiple people about Leadercore, encouraging anyone who wants to improve their leadership, culture, and relationships, in any area of life, to attend this ongoing series." — Katie Brown, Entrepreneur and Founder of Scorpion Creek Ranch — FAQs: Why Leadercore? There's a longer genesis story behind the formation of Leadercore, but the gist of it is that we wanted to create consistent community-based experiences that foster lasting transformation for leaders. We noticed that while many well-meaning leadership development opportunities cultivate inspiration, they often lack lasting transformation. We believe that the difference between inspiration and transformation is perspiration, which is why in addition to providing world class leadership content we implement a process that helps you translate inspiration into actions. It's like CrossFit for leadership development. What will I take away from the session? Along with your session materials, we're going to help you translate insights into specific actions you can apply immediately. We're also excited about the new relational connections this series will help facilitate. Who is Leadercore for? Leaders who want to grow into leaders people want to follow, not have to follow, tend to gain enormous benefit from the tools, language, and resources you will gain from each session. And whether you lead a team or not, you'll find this series helpful for one simple reason: you lead yourself. What is GiANT? GiANT Worldwide offers 21st Century approaches to overcoming the challenges that erode leadership and culture. We work with companies and organizations that range from global companies to small startups and every size company in between. Information Source: Doug Kimsal | eventbrite
