For those seeking a less intense option, intermediate participants can perform a 3-mile out-and-back hike, while beginners can opt for a 2-mile out-and-back hike. Alternatively, you can join Denise, a member of the M48 road team, for a one-mile walk, or run/jog with Kelsey's Dad, Todd, to complete a mile in every state.
This free event has limited capacity, so be sure to register early to secure your spot. The day will commence with warm-ups and an explanation of the hiking route at 8:30 am, with the hike starting at 9 am sharp.
Mission48 aims to inspire girls and women to push beyond their comfort zones and build true self-confidence. Throughout the event, Kelsey will also raise awareness for ROX (Ruling Our Experiences), a phenomenal charity that supports young girls by teaching them about self-confidence, body image, and leadership skills.
