2025 RIFMA Annual Meeting & Conference The Rhode Island Flood Mitigation Association (RIFMA) is gearing up for our Annual Meeting & Conference in 2025 on Thursday, May 15th, from 8:00 am-4:30 pm at University of Rhode Island’s Center for Biotechnology and Life Sciences . This year's theme is: "Harnessing the Flow of Community: Bridging the Gap of Social and Physical Infrastructure" . Illya Azaroff FAIA will deliver the keynote address.
