It is important to note that an adult must accompany participants aged 5-10 and that a roadworthy bike, helmet, and water bottle are required. Training wheels should be removed, and the bike seat should be adjusted so that the child's feet are flat on the ground. While parents or guardians must stay for the duration of the session, they are not required to actively participate. The meeting point is at the playground.
