Zombicide: Invader is a cooperative game in which players face swarms of aliens known as Xenos. Each player takes on the role of one to six survivors in a sci-fi setting being overwhelmed by these Xenos. The goal is simple: Choose a mission, complete its objectives, kill as many Xenos as possible, and (most importantly) survive! Our Heavy Thursday evenings are the perfect way to explore the heavier games in our library! The game will be set up for your arrival at 7pm, a member of our team will explain all the rules to you so no need to know anything about the game in advance and they will stay with you throughout your play through to answer any questions you may have about the game whilst you enjoy the game. Kids SUP Club Fun, confidence & adventure on the water This summer we’re launching our brand new Kids SUP Club; a weekly paddleboarding session designed especially for children. Perfect for beginners, these sessions focus on: ✅ Building water confidence & paddleboarding skills✅ Learning safety on the river✅ Making new friends & boosting social confidence✅ Exploring and connecting with nature, and having loads of fun along the way! When? Every Monday during the holidays from 4:00–5:30pm , starting Monday 21st July and running through to 1st September . How much? Just £15 per child, per session. All kit included. Who’s it for? Kids aged roughly 8–14 , no experience needed. Why Kids SUP Club? We wanted to create a space just for kids to discover the joy of stand-up paddleboarding in a friendly, supportive group. Our Forest Bumps session is perfect for pregnant women in their second trimester who are feeling the need to relax and unwind, reconnect with nature and meet new friends. The session includes a free homemade snack and drink and a chance to ask questions of your two hosts - Cheryl, a Birth & Postnatal Doula and Kirsty, a certified Shinrin-Yoku practitioner. The benefits of fresh air and nature are huge both for mum and baby and include reduced stress, improved mood, better sleep, concentration and improved sensory experience. A calm and relaxed mummy equals calm and relaxed baby. As a massive lover of all things nature, when I met Kirsty and heard she offered forest bathing sessions it just seemed like the perfect opportunity to join forces and create a group together that would bring mums and mums to be together whilst highlighting all the benefits that nature has to offer, both to mums and their babies. Most of us are guilty of spending too much time inside and are being drawn further and further into our devices. Sometimes we need a little reminder and a gentle nudge to notice how amazing mother nature is. Getting outside, breathing in the fresh air, using all five of our wonderful senses and noticing the little things has huge benefits that unfortunately are being forgotten. We're here to help you reconnect, relax and unwind, leaving the four walls and the screens behind!
