THE INNER A-LISTER: CLEARING LIMITING HABITS AND BELIEFS - Gentle yet potent sessions that focus on the body and breath to liberate individuals from restraining patterns and beliefs. Are you hindered by limiting habits and beliefs? Does anxiety, stress, low mood, or lack of motivation hold you back? If you've explored various avenues to address these challenges, this five-week course is designed for you. By honing in on the physical sensations within your body, rather than the realm of thoughts and emotions, you will acquire the tools to rewire your nervous system. As a result, you can unravel those limiting habits and beliefs that prevent you from embracing your authentic, expansive, present self, rather than being confined by your past self. Please note that this approach, while gentle, is potent and therefore not recommended for those currently experiencing severe episodes of depression, anxiety, or mania. Marged, a participant, shares her experience, "I have learned to signal my body's safety through my breath. Focusing on the 'good place' and employing my breath to soothe my nervous system has revolutionized my life." Join us for this transformative course every Wednesday from 7.15pm to 9.45pm, starting on November 15th and continuing throughout November and December. To secure your spot, click on the date of the first session, November 15th, which will cover the entire series.
