Winter Fitness Training Camps, hosted by Coach Scotty at The P.T Barn, are the ideal way to challenge yourself and stay fit during the winter months. These training camps take place in Corringham and offer a variety of activities, including obstacles, running, fitness, bootcamp, strength training, and individual and team challenges. The sessions are held in a low-pressure environment, allowing participants to drop in and out as needed. With a maximum capacity of 25 people, these camps provide a community spirit and a fun, team element to keep you motivated throughout the winter.
