Brent Harris was born in Palmerston North, Aotearoa in 1956. He completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Victorian College of the Arts in 1984 and has garnered critical acclaim for his work since the mid-1980s. Recent exhibitions include "Brent Harris: The Other Side" at Auckland Art Gallery Toi O Tamaki in 2023, and "Monster Theatres: Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art" at the Art Gallery of South Australia in 2020.

This was my second time there. Compared to Melbourne Zoo, the layout here is more reasonable. Although the area is not as large as Melbourne Zoo, you don&rsquo;t have to go back and forth. You can basically walk in one direction. There are more species of animals.
