Despite appearing to have it all – popularity, a supportive family, and many friends – Emma battled with depression and anxiety in silence. Her attempt resulted in a life-altering spinal cord injury, which ultimately led her to discover faith and purpose. Determined to make a difference, Emma has embarked on a mission to utilize her own painful experience and miraculous recovery to inspire and help others. Emma has shared her powerful story and inspiring message at various conferences and events, such as LivingWorks and California Department of Education Youth Summit, National Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health Conference, and many more. Presented by The Helpline Center, this event is made possible thanks to the generous support of The 437 Project and will take place at Lincoln High School.
