An artist known for her material allusiveness, here Lynch’s artworks critically reflect on the control of urban life, crafting scenarios that are both humorous and unsettling.Tessa Lynch’s artworks have a graphic quality. They are direct and deadpan; materially precise and subtlety expressive. From site-specific sculpture through to performance, print and more, Lynch favours a way of making where ideas guide form. It's a discursive process, a conversation or collaboration not only with the world built all around us, thinking how this can be refracted, but with the bodies that share this space. In this way, Lynch’s artworks re-chart the emotional impact of the structures we are surrounded by, prompting us to question who controls the city space and how this coercion manifests in the urban realm.

This is simply a dream castle. When I arrived, it was the April holiday, and there were almost no people on the road. Only the ancient buildings stood in the cold air, solemn and heavy, which made people feel awe.

We came here on a spontaneous visit one Sunday afternoon in January and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our wee boy loved seeing the &ldquo;old fashioned house&rdquo; and was so well looked after by all the staff, from the cash register to the flat and back out again.

We went round twice (with a shift change between visits!) and the insight into one story of no doubt thousands like it in Glasgow was fantastic. Plus our boy thoroughly enjoyed colouring in his wallie dug. A hidden gem that is well worth the wander through Garnethill.

This museum is a place where people have to punch in. I especially like the oil paintings in the museum. After seeing it, I feel a great enjoyment. The museum is also a favorite place for primary and secondary school students.

Glasgow Cathedral

It is said that it can be traced back to the famous William Conquest period. It was built to commemorate St. Diego. It took hundreds of years to build and has been around for nearly a thousand years. It is the oldest religious building in the entire Scottish region. It is also a must-see for tourists.

George Square

George Square is located in Glasgow city center and is very conveniently accessible by train or subway. On nice days, you can sunbathe and watch pigeons in the square. It is close to the famous shopping street, where you can buy souvenirs, clothes, shoes and socks. There are also many restaurants and eateries to choose from. 
George Square is a must-see attraction. In addition to admiring the architecture of the square;during different festivals, such as Christmas, the square is built into a Christmas Market, becoming a dynamic and happy atmosphere.
