The Armory Track & Field Camp is back with its Spring 2024 edition, taking place on March 23, 2024, at the historic Armory in New York City. This camp is specifically designed for high school track & field athletes and coaches who want to fine-tune their skills for the indoor season. Participants will have the opportunity to receive interactive instruction from top athletes in the field, as well as local high school and college coaches. The camp will be divided into a morning and afternoon session, allowing students to register for one or both sessions. 

Early Bird Registration for athletes is available from November 17, 2023, to January 2, 2024, at a price of $90 per session. Coaches can register for $65 during this period. Regular Registration will be open from January 2, 2024, to February 23, 2024, at a price of $115 for athletes and $70 for coaches. Late Registration and Event Day registration from February 23, 2024, to March 23, 2024, will be priced at $135 for athletes and $75 for coaches. 

The main focus of the camp will be event-specific development clinics, where participants will receive group instruction and have the opportunity to practice their skills. The schedule for the camp includes a check-in and registration period, welcome and introductions, event-specific locations, clinics, and a recap session with Q&A and photos. 

This camp is open to athletes in grades 8-12 who are looking to enhance their track & field abilities. Participants should come prepared with athletic wear, running shoes, spikes (only 1/4 pyramid allowed), and a refillable water bottle. The Armory is conveniently located on Fort Washington Avenue and can be easily accessed by subway or bus. The Metropolitan Museum of Art is a stunning art hall with a rich collection of art to linger. Standing in the Egyptian Pavilion and watching the fully restored Danyu Temple is enough to marvel at the exquisiteness of ancient craftsmanship. In the European Painting Pavilion, Van Gogh&#39;s &quot;Rye and Cypress&quot; and Monet&#39;s &quot;Waterlily&quot; are near, and each one is full of vitality. The armor and weapons exhibition hall is like entering the world of medieval knights, those finely carved armor seems to still tell the story of the battlefield. Even after a whole day of shopping, I feel that there is not enough time. Every time I enter a hall, I can find new surprises and I am reluctant to leave.
