The Center for Art Law invites you to attend a roundtable discussion about the rapidly evolving landscape of AI regulations in the US, enhanced due diligence obligations to avoid money laundering in the art market, tax updates for art collectors and collections and other recent developments in the law and visual arts sector. Networking reception will follow. Artificial Intelligence is an expanding technology that needs to be understood and regulated to protect the rights of creators. AML efforts are on the rise to protect art market and its participants from enabling illicit financial transactions. Sanction regimes are evolving to increasingly affect art dealers and collectors. Our expert panelists will delve into the obligations imposed on the visual arts sector by different regulations and provide valuable insights on the challenges and opportunities they present. She received her Master of Laws from New York University School of Law where she specialized in Competition, Innovation, and Information Laws, with a focus on copyright, intellectual property, and art law. She is an attorney from India and also co-founded m e r a k i consultancy, a consultancy service focused on legal academia and higher education in law. Rena Neville is a qualified lawyer and art market AML specialist. She enjoyed a 30-year career at Sotheby’s becoming their first Global Compliance Director, having previously served as their European General Counsel and Global Head of Litigation. She benefits from a unique combination of art world and international legal experience. Leading the FCS Compliance Art Division, Rena assists many Art Market Practitioners providing them with the practical information and tools they need to ensure they and their firms are meeting the legal AML compliance obligations. Aaron Taylor, a commercial barrister at Fountain Court Chambers, whose practice includes civil fraud, banking and finance, energy, commercial crime, and aviation. Aaron has a particular interest in, and experience of, art & cultural property disputes - in particular cases involving allegations of fraud or fakes/forgeries. He lectures on art law at the London School of Economics, and will be a Visiting Fellow in art law at Magdalene College, Cambridge, for the Easter Term 2025. He regularly writes and gives talks about matters of art & cultural property law, and is currently working on a book about fraud, fakes, and financial crime in the art market (for publication in early 2027). Alice Vink, partner at Fieldfisher is apersonal tax and wealth planning specialist, with a particular focus on international structuring and wealth preservation. After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
