The ASCE San Jose Younger Member Forum presents the 11th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. This exciting event will take place on October 6, 2023, at the stunning Shoreline Golf Links in Mountain View, CA. Join us for a day of golfing excellence and support a great cause. Registration options are available for individuals, foursomes, and company sponsorships. You can choose to participate as an individual for $150 or as a foursome for $500. Company sponsorships range from $400 to $4,000, giving you an excellent opportunity to increase your company's visibility within the architecture, construction, and engineering industries. Additionally, there are raffle prize sponsorships available.
All proceeds from this event will go towards the ASCE SJ YMF's year-round efforts to support student outreach, leadership development, and professional growth for its members. By sponsoring the tournament, you are not only contributing to a worthy cause but also creating lasting connections within the industry.
Players' registration includes green fees, a cart, morning snacks, an award ceremony lunch, and a swag bag. There will be prizes awarded for the longest drive and closest to the pins, as well as Tee Prizes and a raffle. The tournament will follow a Scramble format with a Shotgun Start.
The schedule for the day is as follows: player check-in from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Shotgun Start at 8:30 AM, and lunch, post-tournament awards, raffle, and networking from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
To register for this event, you have two options. The first option is to complete the registration and payment online at the designated website. Please note that online payment will incur additional fees. The second option is to complete the provided Sponsorship & Registration Form and mail it along with your check. Make sure to submit your registration by the end of the day on Friday, September 22, 2023.
