Our multi-sport camp offers a positive and fun environment for youth athletes aged 8-12 to enhance their athletic abilities through elite performance coaching. With a range of activities, including weight training, games, skill drills, and friendly competitions, your child will develop their coordination, teamwork skills, and fundamentals of resistance training, speed, and agility movements.
