Join the BEACH YOGA event on Thursday, October 19th at 9:00 am in Garden City. Located at Beach Access #14 on Calhoun Drive, this inclusive and accessible class focuses on anatomy and alignment for a safe and strong practice. Prior to attending class, new students are required to sign a digital waiver by visiting the provided link. Please note that weather conditions can be unpredictable, particularly in coastal areas. In the event of inclement weather, cancellations may occur 30-45 minutes before class. To stay updated, check the class cancellation tab on the official website, www.yogawithhopebray.com, or visit the Yoga with Hope Bray Facebook page. Cancellations will be posted on these platforms. It is important to note that classes will never take place within 5 miles of any lightning activity. If you have paid for the class through alternative methods such as Venmo or Zelle, it is your responsibility to proactively check these channels for possible cancellations. Bring a large beach towel or bath sheet, as well as water. Yoga mats tend to accumulate sand, so feel free to use one if you don't mind bringing the beach home with you.
