Join the Benching Bonanza! The 2023 Annual Testify Bench Press Jubilee on Friday, November 17, 2023, for an unforgettable evening of heavy bench presses. Hosted by Testify Strength & Conditioning in Omaha, NE, this annual strength meet focuses solely on the bench press. Weight classes are not applicable, but each lifter must undergo a weigh-in on the event day, from 5:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additionally, the lifter's rack heights will be recorded during the weigh-in period.

This exciting event follows a rising bar format, where the weight on the bar continues to increase throughout the evening. Lifters have three attempts to lift any of the predetermined loads, with the option to select a final weight of their choice. It's important to note that the final weight must be a multiple of 2.5 lb and marks the lifter's last attempt, regardless of the outcome.

Awards will be presented in various categories, including heaviest weight lifted, best Wilks score for all ages, and best Wilks-McCulloch score for masters. Singlets are not required for this event, and it deviates from the typical structure of strengthlifting or powerlifting meets. With music playing in the background, costumes are encouraged, and the judges may even enjoy food and beverages while fulfilling their duties.
