Join the Bicycle Adventure Club for a welcoming and friendly workout ride. Improve your strength and enjoy the company of fellow cyclists. These popular sessions are back for 2024, designed to keep you moving and connected during the winter months. No need for dumbbells or a gym membership. Instead, you'll learn easy exercises to help you stay strong through the winter and give you an excuse to get outdoors. The sessions will consist of a short city-based ride of about 20-30 minutes to warm up, followed by a stop at a suitable location to learn strength and conditioning exercises using your body weight, water bottles, and bicycles. We'll focus on functional movements that strengthen the muscles you use least when cycling, but which can be sore after an all-terrain ride. Rain or shine, the sessions will take place, with some form of cover provided for the workout. If you ride in clips, it's recommended to bring a pair of flat shoes for the workout part of the ride. The session format includes a meet-up at Brindley Place on the steps outside Eds Easy Diner at 11am, followed by a warm-up ride, a 30-45 minute workout, and a cool-down ride. Afterward, you can enjoy a coffee social and chat about all things bicycles. Attendance is free, but if you'd like to support the Bicycle Adventure Club, a suggested donation of £5 can be made at the ticket checkout. We made a dedicated trip and had a lovely few hours. There was lots to see with split levels that kept your interest. The penguins were nice, the octopus made an appearance and we would have loved to see more of the otters., we see the otters.. There is plenty to see, read and touch. My grand daughter loved it all, the turtle in the tunnel is beautiful . It was clean, and we had a great time, would definitely go back, staff were helpful,its really nice and deserve to be visited again and again.

For a smaller town the Art Museum as great. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend it if you are traveling to Birmingham. Make sure to call ahead to see if they are open.

There are Chinese Super League, restaurants, and many other specialty restaurants to choose from.
It&#39;s not hard to find something to eat here.
However, the food at this restaurant was a bit disappointing.

After we dropped off our luggage at the hotel, we had a big meal at a Michelin one-star restaurant, and then we began to get to know the city. First we came to Victoria Square, where a building imitating a Greek temple caught our eye. It turned out to be their town hall. Next to it was a beautiful Baroque building, the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, which was also free to visit. So we went in for a stroll. There were not many people, and the exhibits were quite rich, ranging from ancient Egypt to current art.
