The BIPOC barre3 class at barre3 in PORTLAND is a safe and supportive space for people of color. This class is designed to address the underrepresentation of BIPOC individuals in predominantly white fitness spaces. As part of barre3's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, this class aims to create an inclusive environment where all members of our community feel seen and empowered. We understand that true inclusivity is an ongoing journey, and we are dedicated to doing the work necessary to create lasting change. The class is open to anyone who identifies as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, person of color) and is completely free of charge. Led by experienced instructors, the class combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness for a comprehensive full-body workout. Participants have the option to go barefoot or wear grip socks. All necessary equipment, including mats, will be provided, so all you need to bring is a water bottle. If you have any questions or need further information, please contact us directly at staff@barre3.com. Join us for the BIPOC barre3 class and take a step towards a more inclusive and diverse fitness community.
