The Body Positivity Dance Workshop ``~Girls Need Love Too Edition~`` is a special event in honor of Women's History Month. This workshop aims to help women tap into their internal beauty and express it outwardly through dance. Participants can expect a variety of activities designed to enhance their experience. The workshop begins with a jewelry distribution, allowing attendees to accessorize if they wish. Mindful meditation techniques such as breath work and body scans will help create a comfortable and relaxed environment. A warm-up session consisting of cardio exercises, grooves, isolations, stretching, and across the floor movements will prepare participants for the main choreography segment. The choreography styles, ranging from sensual styles to burlesque, sassy hip hop, sultry flows, contemporary, and more, offer a diverse and exciting dance experience. To capture the memories, there will also be a video shoot featuring solos, group performances, and a freestyle section. The workshop will take place on March 1, 2024, at MoveStudio Charlotte located at 4418 Monroe Road #Unit E, Charlotte, NC 28205. Tickets for this empowering event are priced at $20 - $55.
