We proudly present the 2023-24 Dealer Certification Training Tour, which is essential for dealers to stay up-to-date with industry-leading knowledge and skills in sales and service of Bosch-equipped eBikes. Dealer certification, required every 15 months, ensures dealers are fully equipped to service eBikes ePowered by Bosch. By attending this training, dealers will gain access to the new Bosch DiagnosticTool 3, a cutting-edge system for enhanced performance. 

The Dealer Certification Training Tour covers a wide range of topics, including an introduction to the latest MY24 innovations, comprehensive product knowledge of Bosch eBike System 2 and the smart system, connectivity training on the eBike Connect, COBI.Bike, and eBike Flow apps, as well as the use of the Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for the smart system. The training also includes a detailed overview of the Bosch service process, troubleshooting, warranty procedures, eBike safety, and battery recycling. Additionally, dealers will receive valuable marketing resources to effectively promote their Bosch eBike offerings.
