Bosch eBike Systems presents the 2023-24 Dealer Certification Training Tour, a comprehensive in-person training for bicycle dealers. This training equips dealers with the necessary skills to evaluate, update, and service all Bosch-equipped eBikes. Dealer certification is required every 15 months to ensure the best service for eBikes ePowered by Bosch. By attending the training, dealers gain access to the new Bosch DiagnosticTool 3, a smart system that enhances their capabilities.

The Dealer Certification Training Tour covers a wide range of topics including an introduction to MY24 innovations, in-depth product knowledge of Bosch eBike System 2 and the smart system, training on the eBike Connect, COBI.Bike, and eBike Flow apps for connectivity, and the use of Bosch DiagnosticTool 3. Dealers also learn about the Bosch service process, troubleshooting, and warranty procedures. Additionally, eBike safety and battery recycling practices are emphasized. By attending the training, dealers gain access to valuable marketing resources.
