Bosch eBike Systems is excited to announce the upcoming Bosch eBike Systems MY24 Dealer Training Tour in Oakland, CA. This in-person training is designed specifically for bicycle dealers in the USA and Canada. The training will equip dealers with the knowledge and skills necessary to properly evaluate, update, and service all Bosch-equipped eBikes. 
The Dealer Certification Training Tour will cover a wide range of topics, including an introduction to MY24 innovations, comprehensive product knowledge of Bosch eBike System 2 and the smart system, connectivity training on the eBike Connect, COBI.Bike, and eBike Flow apps, and the use of the new Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for the smart system. Additionally, dealers will learn about the Bosch service process, troubleshooting techniques, and warranty procedures. 
Safety is a top priority, and the training will also cover important topics such as eBike safety, including battery recycling. Dealers will have access to marketing resources to help promote and sell Bosch-equipped eBikes.
The Bosch eBike Systems MY24 Dealer Training Tour will take place on November 15, 2023, at the Courtyard by Marriott Oakland Downtown. The ticket price for this event is $40. Please note that this event is only open to bicycle dealers in the USA and Canada who meet the registration criteria. Any registrations that do not meet these criteria will be subject to cancellation.
