Bosch is offering a comprehensive in-person training program for bicycle dealers in the USA and Canada. This training will equip dealers with the necessary knowledge and skills to evaluate, update, and service all Bosch-equipped eBikes. Known as the Bosch eBike Systems MY24 Dealer Training Tour, this certification program is designed to provide dealers with industry-leading training on the sales and service of Bosch-equipped eBikes. Attendance at this certification clinic is mandatory every 15 months in order to service eBikes powered by Bosch.

The training tour will cover a wide range of topics including an introduction to MY24 innovations, comprehensive product knowledge of Bosch eBike System 2 and the smart system, connectivity training on the eBike Connect, COBI.Bike, and eBike Flow apps, as well as the Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for use with the smart system. Additionally, dealers will learn about the Bosch service process, including troubleshooting and warranty procedures, as well as eBike safety, including battery recycling.

By attending this training, dealers will gain access to the new Bosch DiagnosticTool 3, which is a valuable tool for the smart system. In addition, they will have access to marketing resources to help promote their eBike business.
