Nate Thomas, an expert in breathwork, will guide participants through a breathwork journey, a practice that allows for controlled breathing to elicit physical and mental responses. Simultaneously, Roxi Peacock will provide Ayurvedic massage to help release tension and promote relaxation. Following the breathwork and massage, Roxi will create a deeply immersive experience with a sound bath using crystal sound bowls. The resonant music from the sound bath aims to induce deep relaxation, alleviate stress and anxiety, and promote a sense of calm and connection.

Breathwork and sound bathing can lead to a range of sensations and experiences, including tingling sensations, altered body temperature, dream-like states, deep relaxation, and heightened awareness.
