We’ll explore neurographic art—a mindful drawing technique that helps process thoughts, emotions, and stress in a simple yet empowering way. Developed in 2014 by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, neurographic art is based on the idea that drawing free-flowing lines and rounding sharp edges can help rewire the brain’s response to stress. This practice begins with scribbles—allowing frustrations, worries, or lingering thoughts to take shape on the page. From there, we soften and transform them into smooth, flowing lines and colourful bubbles—just as we can reshape our inner world with a little care and creativity. Rasesvari will gently guide us through this process, making it easy to follow along, whether you're new to art or simply looking for a new way to unwind. These props are very realistic, especially the characters. It looked as amazing as it was alive, and I had to marvel at how great the craftsmen had been.
