Taking place at the Capon Bridge Volunteer Fire Co, located at 2766 Northwestern Turnpike, Capon Bridge, WV 26711, this event is a great opportunity to experience the joy of square dancing. The event will be held on December 16, 2023, from 6-9pm. To make the evening even more special, come at 5:30 for a bonus 'intro to square dancing' class.

The Capon Bridge Square Dance is not only a memorable event, but it is also affordable for everyone. The suggested donation for entry is $7-15, and there is a special offer for those who are 17 years and under – they can attend for free! RSVP by registering online or pay at the door, as payment options are available for your convenience.

During the event, all dances will be taught, so you don't need any prior experience. You can bring a partner, a friend, or simply come by yourself and find a partner on the dance floor. The Caller for the evening will be Janine Smith, and the Community Jam Band will provide the music.

Throughout the evening, the Capon Bridge Volunteer Fire Co will be selling concessions, adding to the overall enjoyment of the event. The Capon Bridge Square Dance is made possible through a Central Appalachia Living Traditions grant provided by Mid-Atlantic Arts.
