Speaker Bio:
John Yu
 is a clinical sleep psychologist at Somnus Sleep Wellness. He is registered with the Singapore Psychological Society and holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) degree from James Cook University Singapore. He is a APS/ASA certified CBT-I practitioner and is listed in the international directory of CBT-I providers.
John is dedicated to helping clients overcome their sleep, anxiety, and mood-related challenges through evidence-based interventions with a holistic bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach. He believes that every client has the potential to progress towards their desired goals and values with time, flexibility, and hope.
He is particularly keen in the intersection between digital habits and sleep health, as well as developing behavioural solutions for contemporary trends like maladaptive media use and bedtime procrastination.

If you&#39;re interested in zoos, you should definitely check it out. The ticket price is expensive, but it&#39;s worth it. The animals are incredibly well-cared for, especially the panda enclosure, which is a huge, air-conditioned indoor space that&#39;s very comfortable for visitors, unlike some places where animals are forced out into the scorching summer heat. Personally, I thought the reptile enclosure was the best, with Komodo dragons and king cobras&mdash;the king cobra was a very large individual! The crocodile pool was also incredibly spacious, much better than their counterparts crammed into small concrete pools. You can buy student tickets and various package deals on Ctrip, which aren&#39;t available on the official website. And compared to other domestic and international platforms, Ctrip offers relatively good prices.

Night Safari

Singapore Night Safari is an absolute must-see! As the world&#39;s first night safari, it uses clever lighting and natural environmental recreation to transport visitors to a tropical rainforest, allowing them to observe the nocturnal activities of animals like rhinos and elephants up close. Open from 6:30 PM until midnight, it perfectly aligns with the animals&#39; schedules, offering a unique and breathtaking nighttime experience. Four hiking trails traverse different terrains, providing an easy way to explore the nocturnal lives of animals from around the world. The weather is also a plus, turning pleasantly cool after sunset, making for a stress-free nighttime visit. The miniature train through the rainforest and the feeding experience are highlights, especially for children! The overall design is thoughtful, with lighting that doesn&#39;t disturb the animals, ensuring a comfortable and uninterrupted visit &ndash; truly the pinnacle of nighttime safari experiences!

I tried the luge in Sentosa, my first time doing this before in New Zealand. It&#39;s very easy to operate, you can learn it in no time, even kids can easily pick it up. As you slide down the curves, you can control your speed, fast or slow as you like, and the wind on your face feels wonderful. The scenery along the way is also beautiful, especially at dusk, the sunset over the sea and greenery is so relaxing. The experience of taking the cable car back was also fantastic, a gentle ascent with expansive views, it was very calming.
