Mark your calendars for the Celebrate Your Life 5K taking place on September 24, 2023, at 8:00AM in Hollywood, FL. This event is organized by Breaking the Barriers as part of National Suicide Awareness Month to shed light on mental health and suicide prevention. The purpose of this 5K walk/run is to honor the memory of those lost to suicide and to raise awareness about this important issue. The event will be held at TY Park and is open to participants of all ages and fitness levels. The 5K will be a chipped timed event with awards presented to the top 3 male and female participants overall and within various age groups. Every participant will receive a personalized race bib with an RFID timing chip, an event shirt, and a finisher medal. By joining the Celebrate Your Life 5K, you can show your support for suicide prevention and take steps towards ending this devastating loss. Donations are separate from event sign up and can be made through our partner site. Help us make a difference and be part of this meaningful event.
