The Golden Gate Division Recruitment Team is pleased to announce the upcoming CHP Applicant Preparation Program (APP) Workout in Vallejo. This event is specifically designed to assist individuals in preparing for the CHP Physical Abilities Test. Rain or shine, attendees can expect a two-hour session that provides valuable information about the CHP Academy, along with an Academy-style workout.

During the workout, participants are required to wear appropriate athletic attire, free of any large logos or inappropriate material. It is also recommended that attendees bring workout essentials such as a towel and proper hydration to stay refreshed throughout the session.

First-time attendees of the APP Workouts must print and complete the Applicant Preparation Program Waiver.pdf, which can be found on our website. This waiver should be brought to the workout for registration purposes.

This event presents a unique opportunity for individuals to not only stay in shape but also demonstrate their interest in joining the CHP.
