Get into the festive spirit and add some excitement to your Christmas tree with the special Christmas Bauble Marbling workshop at Barge East in London. This event, taking place on December 10, offers a unique opportunity for individuals of all ages to get creative and make their own set of stunning ceramic baubles.

Led by artist Dan Whiteson, participants will learn the art of marbling, a technique where ink is dripped onto a water surface to create beautiful and unpredictable patterns. These patterns are then transferred onto the ceramic baubles through dipping and twirling. With demonstrations and one-to-one guidance, no previous experience is necessary.

During the workshop, you will have the chance to create a set of six ceramic baubles. If you finish early, there will also be an opportunity to decorate matching cards. All materials will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself and a healthy dose of Christmas creativity.

Please note that the class is two hours long to allow for sufficient drying time. While the baubles may still be wet when you leave the venue, a carry case will be provided to protect them. It's important to be aware that marbling can get a bit messy, so wearing something casual is recommended. Gloves will be provided to protect your hands.

To ensure you don't miss out on the demonstration, please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start time.
