On March 9th, 2024, join us at the 700 Capitol Mall in Sacramento for this unique event presented by Rachel's Pet Portraits and Leash and Collar Sacramento. Be a part of the parade and festival, and watch as hundreds of adorable pets showcase their Mardi Gras best in the Costume Contest. From 12PM to 4PM, witness the furry spectacle as pets strut their stuff on stage and compete for fabulous prizes. And don't miss the crowning of the King and Queen of Mardi Paws at the end of the event. Spectators can enjoy the parade for free or make a recommended donation of $5, while parade participants can join in for free or donate $10. For those who want to enter their pets in the Costume Contest, there is an entry fee of $25. Your support will directly contribute to the success of this amazing parade, benefiting the local art community, vendors, the parade route, and more.
