Experience the beauty of Aberdeen's coastline at the Greyhope Bay Centre's Coastal Inspired Mixed Media Collage workshop with artist Moira Milne. Immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings of the rocky shore and create your own rock pool themed collage using a variety of recycled papers and found beach objects. Let the sound of the waves and the serenity of the sea inspire your creativity as you learn to create textured surfaces with watercolors, collage shapes from printed surfaces and papers, and even sew into your artwork with recycled threads. Moira Milne, a local artist known for her work in various media, including pen and ink, acrylics, batik, and fabric collage, will guide you through the process and share her passion for the sea and nature. At the end of the workshop, you will have a finished piece ready to take home and display. Tickets for this workshop are priced at £15 per participating adult, with a 30% discount available for Crew members and adults over 65 years of age. Please note that tickets cancelled within 48 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund.
