The first section focuses on mastering critical bike handling skills and maneuvers vital for riding in traffic, including the avoidance weave, quick stop, rock dodge, and instant turn. Discussions also cover sharing the road with other users. The session culminates in a group ride on city streets to put newly acquired skills to the test. To participate, attendees must have experience riding a bike and feel comfortable on trails or in traffic.
