Experience the joy of dance in a stress-free open level 18+ class that blends the beautiful structure of ballet with the freedom of contemporary dance. This energizing short series of evening classes focuses on building balance, grace, and core strength through the use of gravity and breath. Begin with barre exercises in the center to develop strength, then progress to movements that travel across the space, jumps, and a longer phrase. The emphasis is on finding fluidity and enjoyment in movement, rather than striving for perfection. No previous ballet experience is necessary, just a basic understanding of movement such as yoga or dance. Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement, along with socks or ballet slippers. Join us at The Dance Space in Brighton (2 Market St, Circus St, BN2 9AS) for four weeks only: 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th March. Drop-ins are welcome, or you can sign up for the full course of four classes. The class fee is £8 per session or £28 for all four. Pre-booking is required, and spaces can be reserved up until the start time. Please consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise regime and work within your own capabilities and fitness levels for your safety.

We were there on a weekend and mainly walked outside, looking at the gardens and the architecture. We didn&rsquo;t go inside as their hours of operation didn&rsquo;t coincide with the time we were there and had available. Great place to stroll, people watch, or have a picnic, weather permitting.

One of the best piers in the South of England. There is lots to do with tons of seaside rides, fun arcade games and food. Highly recommend catching the sunset here and if you&rsquo;re lucky you might catch the starlings dancing at dusk, I didn&rsquo;t know they do this and it was the most spectacular striking and stunning natural phenomenon I had seen, it was mesmerising. Highest chances of seeing the starlings dance is between November-March, we visited in early March
